I should note that I am expecting the SVNKit client to negotiate to use
basic authentication. I can use a browser that does not belong to the
Domain to hit the Apache SVN Kerberos server, and it IS able to negotiate
for basic authentication (user/password)... but the SVNKit client seems not
to be able to negoitate... ides?
