You can use the online swagger-ui from here:

And the online editor here:

http://editor.swagger.io

But it sounds like you’re looking for a workflow solution, where you should 
consider SwaggerHub, Apiary, Restlet, etc.  Those provide back-ends for 
storage, collaboration, etc, and have different strengths depending on what 
you’re after.

I work on SwaggerHub so that’s obviously the most familiar to me.
