I disabled caching, turned my computer off, and went home. When I came back, the issue seems to have been resolved :)
For future reference, I'm using Google Chrome on OS X. To disable caching: Click the menu button (a vertical row of three dots). Select More Tools > Developer tools. The dev tools window appears. In the dev tools window, click the menu button and select Settings. The settings window appears.
