Hate saying it, but indeed I’s suspect the issue is related to Liberty – we’ve 
seen that before multiple times.

It’s most likely this is a dependency/classloading order issue, and within a 
container those are harder to track.

 

Would you mind searching swagger-core’s issues for ‘Liberty’ to see if anything 
seems relevant to your case?

As before, I would never rule out something to do with IBM.

I see the Jackson provider was removed as part of 1.5.7. While we do provide 
our own. I know we had some problems with the runtime versions in the past, 
with LP. Not sure if that would have an effect.
