A number of web sites, including http://swagger.io/docs, use frames. As discussed in https://www.nngroup.com/articles/why-frames-suck-most-of-the-time, this prevents users from using links to reference given sets of information. For example, I'm currently looking at the "Swagger Editor Documentation <http://swagger.io/docs/#swagger-editor-documentation-0> > Download <http://swagger.io/docs/#download-1>" frame, but I have no way to record a link to it, let alone email the link, etc.
There are a couple of possible solutions to this. The Ember.js folks would tell you to use specific URLs for each page/frame combination. Alternatively, having a "persistent link" item on the page may be a reasonable compromise. Could someone look into this? -r -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Swagger" group.
