Hi, I've installed swagger-ui but cannot find index.html in the dist dir. package.json shows I've installed swagger-ui 3.3.1. I've tried both npm and yarn but got the same result, no index.html in dist. I've tried with swagger-ui-dist and it works just fine as expected. I was wondering what I'm missing here?
