Hi Will,

Sorry to hear you’re having problems. I assume you’re talking about SwaggerHub.
Assuming you signed up, it automatically started a trial which allows to create
private APIs but once the trial is over the access to those APIs is blocked.
You should have received a set of emails describing the process and warning you
the trial is about to be over.

To contact the product’s support (this place is intended for the open source) –
go into SwaggerHub, and click the chat icon to the left of your user name at
the right side of the top bar.

Subject: Group project using Free plan, somehow API's were made as private, now
can't access or make public

Hello, I am looking for Swagger Support. I had been trying the free plan for
Swagger Docs, but somehow my api's were private and now I can't access them or
make them public because I have the free plan. Any idea on how to make a
private API public so I can use it again?

Also, any way of being able to email support so I could possibly share the
account name with you would be cool.
