I was locked of my account because I had 2 step verification and broke my phone. I've been trying to get back into the account got over a month now with no luck. I get the same AI telling me they can't confirm I'm me. I have the back up codes and have provided the codes to this account. Does anyone understand what is going on and what I should do? Any help is appreciated
