For those who don't know Swift, the "? = nil" following 
ProtorpcMessagesComposedUserBioMessageUserAppSettingsMessage above is what 
indicates this argument is optional.

And it's that optionality that the swift encoder is wrapping into the 
generated JSON.
And yes, I can probably override that on the Swift side but I'll have other 
clients and want my API surface to be the canonical spec.
