1 – it’s a single store instance, you can’t create new stores. 2 – What error do you get?

But how do I create a store? #2- I'm having an issue with placing an order for a pet, I keep getting an error. Are there required fields for this? It seems no matter which fields I fill in, I get the error, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
