Hi all, we got one project accepted at Google's Summer of Code 2006 (http://code.google.com/soc/suse/about.html). Topic is a GUI workflow editor for SWAMPs XML workflow definitions. It will be developed by the student Mahmoud Mahran. A wiki page has been set up at: http://en.opensuse.org/Swamp/Workflow_editor to reflect the current state of development.
We will use the Eclipse Graphical Editing Framework (GEF) to create the GUI as an eclipse plugin which will hopefully give us some quick first results. You are invited to give Mahmoud (he's on the list) some feedback on his task or contribute to the wiki page / code if you have further ideas which could help him in successfully working on that project.
