cleanup of oakley_auth_names
Added new IANA entries OAKLEY_ECDSA_P256, OAKLEY_ECDSA_P384 and
OAKLEY_ECDSA_P521.
Renamed OAKLEY_RSA_ENC to OAKLEY_RSA_REVISED_MODE to better match
the name in the RFC.
