pluto: trafficstatus now skips IKE SA's, supports AH and sets PLUTO_SA_TYPE=
- ipsec whack --trafficstatus no longer displays IKE SA's
- Try to get the IPsec SA bytes regardless of ESP/AH
(but kernel always gives us 0 bytes for AH?)
- The updown script now sets PLUTO_SA_TYPE=ESP or AH.
