XAUTH: new options to list user traffic and delete connections by user
- Add ipsec whack --traficstatus
- Add ipsec --deleteuser --name xauth-username
- Add PLUTO_ADDTIME= for use in updown script. This is an epoch time
stamp, since the IPsec SA was added to the kernel (NETKEY only)
- do_command(): add "-" to allowable characters for remove_metachar()
- v2_delete_my_family() renamed to delete_my_family() and works for
ikev1 and ikev2
- contrib: added example python script that can be called in updown
without blocking pluto
