audit: Update after conversations with the audit team
Two new message types were introdued in the latest audit code,
AUDIT_CRYPTO_IPSEC_SA and AUDIT_CRYPTO_IKE_SA. We now use these.
We have an #ifndef for defening these so it works with current
audit libs.
No longer audit starting/stopping the service. That's not our job.
Run the connection name through audit_encode_nv_string() instead
of our own hexify code.
Updated keywords use (no upper case, no generic words, etc)
