rsasigkey/newhostkey: change --random to --seeddev
This is to avoid further confusion that we use the --random device
for actual raw bits to generate RSA keys from. The only use of this
option is to specify the random device used to seed the NSS library.
backwards compatibility option left in place with a warning.
