testing: move console sanitizer code to its own file - sanitizer.sh
This file can be run standalone as in:
.../sanitizer.sh .../east.console.verbose.txt | more
it can also, with a little care, be run on output in /home/build/results/
Update sanitize.sh and re-sanitize.sh to use this script. Fix latent
bug where ${FIXUPDIR2} wasn't defined and could cause an error.
