KLIPS: fix pluto can't add ipv6 addresses to ipsec devices (lbz#247)
Pluto is parsing /proc/net/if_inet6 for interfaces with ipv6 addresses.
If the ifindex for ipsecX is greater 255 (0xff), pluto didn't get the
right name and has no matching interface.
