kvm: when retrying move previous test output to
testing/pluto/OUTPUT/<date>.<attempt>
Was saving it in testing/pluto/OUTPUT.<date>... which conflates
saving the old testsuite results before starting a new testsuite
run with saving individual attempts to get a test to pass.
