kvmresults.py: strictly limit baseline messages to test result progressions
and regressions
For instance, if baseline and test fail in an indentical way then
there is no reason to mention the baseline. This way the output of:
kvmresults testing/pluto ../saved-results | grep baseline
lists things that need investigating.
