pluto: move "struct print buf" to the heap
more buffer overflow paranoia; and less problems
for stack starved uClinux
per DHR's suggestion, don't worry about trying to
avoid printing stuff when the buffer is full,
as it also simplifies deallocating the allocated
'struct print buf'.
