testing: add <rng> device to domains so they can draw on host entropy
Running something like haveged on the host is a suggestion.
It uses the host's /dev/random but perhaps /dev/urandom would be better.

kvm: for uninstall-kvm-test-domains do not delete the base qcow2 file
Avoids the problematic qemu-img convert while still letting
test domains be updated.

kvmsh: pass all the remaining arguments onto the domain's shell
It does not try to escape shell characters within each argument.
