make install-kvm-domains: require make variables KVM_POOLDIR, KVM_SOURCEDIR
and KVM_TESTINGDIR
If they are not defined print a message explaining what to do.
(test with "make kvm-config-variables" and "make kvm-config-pooldir").
Update documentation.
