testing: simplify(?) the uninstall-kvm-targets, drop
uninstall-kvm-test-domains
Instead, uninstall-kvm-domains only removes the test domains. To get rid
of the
base domain, uninstall-kvm-base-domains is needed.
Rationale: typically the base domain doesn't need to be re-built and when
it does the process is slow and unreliable.
