constants.c, pluto_constants.c: add and check redundancy in enum_names
- make sure that table length matches number of entries used
- since this is enforced by passert, make sure it happens reliably and early
(using a checklist of enum_names)
- found and fixed several latent errors
+ missing commas in ikev2_cp_attribute_type_name
+ wrong range in ikev2_cp_attribute_type_names
+ eliminated bad entry in attr_msg_type_names
+ removed spurious NULL pointer at end of several tables
+ kern_interface_name: removed spurious "auto-pick"
+ state_story: added STATE_IKESA_DEL and STATE_CHILDSA_DEL
+ routing_story: correct range to include RT_UNROUTED_KEYED
