testing: remove extra ipsec.secrets files
These ipsec.secerts files are not needed anymore.
If these files have an entry like "RSA east" it will produce
WARNING: The :RSA secrets entries for X.509 certificates are no longer
needed
also cause wait-until-pluto-started to wait 40 seconds.

testing: wait-until-pluto-started log output if it timeout
If the script is timing out log the output of the command used.
ipsec whack --listen
