testing: add 'make kvm-publish' hack to publish results in
$(KVM_PUBLISHDIR)/<user>-<rev>
For instance:
make kvm-test
make kvm-publish KVM_PUBLISHDIR=/var/www/html/results/testing
would publish results in a new directory under .../testing.
Bugs:
- remote not tested (uses rsync)
- assumes something else (runner.sh) updates $(KVM_PUBLISHDIR)
- stages stuff in testing/pluto/
- doesn't clean up
