pluto: remove <OAKLEY_GROUP_ROOF guard around pstats() call
Let pstats() deal with out-of-bounds; currently it debug-logs.
(I suspect the pstats*[] arrays should gain an extra entry
so that pstats() can count the out-of-bounds values).
