Revert "testing: Give all hosts 2nd RSA key in NSS and update
ipsec.conf.common"
This reverts commit eed89cf62409aa9168b76e983d8959453c9b656e.
As the leftrsasigkey2= handling seems broken, and these new keys
confuse some of our tests, it seems better to undo this for now.
