ike_alg: replace lookup_group() with ikev2_get_dh_desc() and
ikev1_get_ike_dh_desc()
Unlike lookup_group() these return NULL when the negotiated wire value
isn't valid for the given protocol. For instance, in the "impossible"
scenario of the IKEv1 code somehow managing to negotiate an EC curve.
