posix: use SWAN_MAX_DOMAIN_LEN instead HOST_NAME_MAX consitently
HOST_NAME_MAX is too short(64) in some cases instead of 255
Arguably choose 256 even thgough fqdn in DNS is < 255.
This is also the max length for ID.
