constants: support display of private values of enum ike_id_type
- requires partial handling negative values for enum_names
- eliminate ID_IMPOSSIBLE since it isn't used
- eliminate horrible -3 wired into show_one_connection()
- improve format used in show_one_connection() and update reference logs
