logging: delete global variable lsw_dying_breath
At one point, during a passert() failure, pluto was calling
show_status() in an attempt to dump out internal state. whack_log()
when lsw_dying_breath, would divert that information to the log file.
Since the show_status() call is long-gone, the variable now does
nothing (except, perhaps when a helper thread passerts, while
the main thread is writing to whack).
