logging: replace whack_log_log() with whack_rc_raw(); eliminate need for "~
hack
Since whack_rc_raw() does not call fmt_log() (via whack_log()), and instead
assums the caller did this earlier, there is no need for '"~' hack.
It still calls snprintf() though; but that can likely also be eliminated.
