pluto: clone the struct state_entry hash table code, making it more generic
- let it live in any object, not just 'struct state'
- let each table have its own size
- try to track the number of entries (this plus knowing the
hash function means it could be changed to grow the table dynamically
at some point)
I need a hash table of PIDs and callbacks.
