kvm: add NIC to the kvm-uninstall (aka rebuild from scratch) list
... even though NIC doesn't have libreswan installed on it.
This way 'make kvm-uninstall' should flush out problems such as domains
pointing to the wrong directory. Besides the rebuild is cheap.
