crypto: pass struct pluto_crypto_req_cont* to/from crypto helpers
Instead of squeezing the entire struct pluto_crypto_req through
a narrow pipe, just squeeze the pointer to the parent object.
Better would be to completely replace the pipes with some sort
of pthreads based priority queue; this change is smaller.
