ip_address: replace portof()/setportof() with nportof(), hportof() et.al.
[nh]...() hopefully providing a big hint as to the byte-order.
Offically return -1 when ip_address isn't valid.
Update/fix lswlog_ip().
Provide port() and setportof() compatibility macros.
