demux: rename struct msg_digest .note to .v1_note, don't use in IKEv2
I suspect even IKEv1 doesn't need the field - much later.
Also, given IKEv2 code typically sends notifies inline (cf INVALID_KE),
it isn't clear if the STF_FAIL+v2N hack (presumably picked up from IKEv1)
is beneficial.
