testing: add grep-for-ipsec-whack-trafficstatus.sh, replace a number of
sleep N
Instead of sleeping, grep the output of ipsec whack --trafficstatus
until it matches the expected pattern.
Eliminates races in ikev2-delete-05-sa-start
