libipsecconf: rename and refactor internal names for conn options
encapsulation and nic-offload can both be configured with yes/no/auto
option, and there was a separate enum for both. This is made into one
universal enum yna_values (yna_list/yna_options), where yna stands for
yes/no/auto. It will also be useful for other options that will offer
yes/no/auto values.
Some other enum values are changed from lowercase to upper case letters
to be more consistent
