pluto: a few tweaks to ikev1_xauth.c
- change result of xauth_launch_authent from always ignored 0 to void
- add ??? comments where result of xauth_send_status is ignored
- rename locals "xauth" to "xic" (more accurate)
- add some blank lines to separate cases.
