web: use the full hash when matching test runs with commits
... instead of the abbreviated hash (which is git version dependent).
Fixes a bug where a test run created on a remote system (and different
git version) would be discarded because the run's abbreviated commit
hash didn't match the abbreviated commit hash generated by the local
git.
