testing: update for ipcomp tests wrt sanitizing
- The ip-xfrm.sed sanitizer is crazy, it should be deleted
- Added new ip-xfrm-compress.sed sanitizer for compress tests.
- Don't run trafficstatus command, as compression causes byte counters
to be slighty different each run.
- Update for sanitized SPIs

Revert "testing: add ip-xfrm.sed to default sanitizer list. Remove now
obsolete test-params.sh files"
This reverts commit d23faa28e19ebe6fdffe4435e4a815b64e4bd99b.
The sanitizer is kinda awful and destroys everything :/
