testing: fixup tests that used hardcoded certs by mistake
Tests were using hardcoded certs but were supposed to receive these
over IKE. Once ipsec.conf.common was fixed to not load both sides'
certificates, these tests needing fixing to load only their own side's
certificate.

This test currently fails, suggesting we do not send a CERTREQ
