testing: add baseconfigs for openbsd and freebsd as "east".
This is mostly for documentation for now. Later on some equivalent of
swan-prep and base install will be used to configure these BSD systems.

testing: added interop-ikev2-freebsd-strongswan-01
This can be run once we have a way to startup a freebsd VM as east
swan-prep will also need to install and eaststrongswan.conf as
/usr/local/etc/strongswan.d/charon-logging.conf. And of course
configure proper IP
