testing: converted basic-pluto-02 to not use iptables anymore
It had to gain an "ipsec trafficstatus" to give us console output
on the numbers/size of ESP packets to confirm it did not go cleartext.
It uses xfrmcheck.sh to confirm no plaintext packets were received that
should have been encrypted.
