logging: move whack's RC prepend to whack_raw()
Eliminate whack_log_pre(), simplify lswlog_to_whack_stream().
It uses sendmsg() to build up "NN "+<message>+"\n" but just note
that this is 'cos it is easy, not that maybe it is fast.
