testing: sanitizer guest-ip-route.sed now handles some route output changes
that differ between f28 and f30/f31. This helps with namespace tests

testing: libvirt no longer creates 192.9.*.* interfaces or networks

testing: remove expected 192.9.*.* output from consoles.
The 192.9 interfaces have been removed. A sanitizer is there for those
running without re-installing their KVM vms. This now matches namespaces
tests better.
