interfaces: in starter_iface_find() clearly handle IPv6
Instead of relying on the sin_addr and sin6_addr mapping
to the same struct offset, explictly convert the sockaddr
to an endpoint, and from the to an address.
Should fix: ??? what should happen for IPv6?
